There are many activities for seniors at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. The following is the schedule for March 19 — 23:
Monday: 10 am Exercise, 1 pm Pinochle, T.O.P.S. 7:30-10 am
Tuesday: 10 am Crafters, 11:45 am Lunch Bingo, 1 pm Art Class
Wednesday: 10 am Exercise, 11 am Danner’s Music, 1 pm afternoon movie – Coneheads, Lora Myles Attorney
Thursday: 10 am Crafters, 10 am Crochet , 11:30 am Swinging Seniors, 1 pm Tole Painting Class, Lora Myles Attorney
Friday: 10 am Exercise with Rae
Lunches are served each weekday at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. Lunches are open to the public. Suggested minimum donation is $3 for seniors 60 years and older; $8 charge for persons under 60 years of age. The following is the menu for March 19 — 23:
Monday: Beef tacos with salad bar toppings, refried beans, Spanish rice, fruit, dessert
Tuesday: Herb baked chicken, baked potato, green beans, coleslaw, corn muffin, fruit, dessert
Wednesday: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, glazed carrots, fruit, dessert
Thursday: Turkey club on a croissant, lettuce & tomato, broccoli salad, fruit, dessert
Friday: Italian beef bake, peas with carrots, spinach salad, fruit, dessert
