Ellen Aker shot a low-gross score of 97 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Gross and Net Tournament on Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Carole Doughty was low net in the first flight with a score of 66 and
Linda Dufurrena (76) was second.
Adua Boyle was low gross in the second flight with a score of 114. Heather Dahlman was low net at 72 and Jerry Fenkell was second at 81.
Doughty, Dufurrena and Vicki Celio had chip-ins.
Aker was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 6 feet 7 inches. Doughty was closest on No. 5 at 17-10.
