The 10,11,12 year-old Winnemucca Little League all- stars travel to Dayton to take on Elko today (Saturday) at 11 a.m.
If Winnemucca wins they will play the winner of the Ruby Mountain/White Pine game on Sunday morning at 11 a.m.
If Winnemucca loses against Elko they will have to stave off elimination against the loser of the Ruby Mountain/White Pine game at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
In the other half of the bracket, host Silverada plays Walker River (Yerington) at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
High Desert (Fernley) and Hawthorne close out the day at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
The two winners play at 5 p.m. on Sunday and the two losers play at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
The tournament runs through Friday with the championship game set for 10 a.m. If needed, a second title game will take place at 3 p.m. on Friday.
This is the level of all-stars that could play in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Penn., Aug. 16-26.
