Dale Bergsrud was born and raised in Emerado, North Dakota on December 26, 1939. Passed away in his home on June 17, 2018 in Battle Mountain, NV. Dale was an over the road truck driver and also owned his own trucking company; was a heavy equipment operator in construction.
Moved to Battle Mountain in 1995 and worked for Newmont Mining until he retired. Dale and his first wife, Glynda, had five children – Keith, Cindi Hammons, Mary Holliday, Faith Bergsrud all of Colorado and Amy Bergsrud of Battle Mountain, NV.
Later in life he married Irene Mackley who had three childredn – Dale and Arlene Crigger of Battle Mountain, NV and David Mackley of Spring, Creek, NV.
Dale liked camping, fishing, hunting and ATV rides. He is proceeded in death by his parents, brother, son Keith and step daughter Arlene Ohrt.
He is survived by his wife Irene Mackley and children – Cindi, Mary, Faith, Amy, Dale and David plus a great number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great granchildren, and many friends and family.
