Uputaua Diana Poasa pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and obstructing public officer. On the charge of possession, she was fined $600 + $140 AA. On the charge of obstructing, she was fined $1,000 + $140 AA. She was given 4 days credit for time served. $1000 was suspended for one year.

A misdemeanor charge of NV resident fail to obtain NV registration after 60 days against Juvenal Contreras was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
A case against Michael David Grant including misdemeanor charges of operating unregistered vehicle, NV resident fail to obtain registration, NV resident fail to obtain NV driver’s license and no proof of insurance was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
A case against Omar Diaz-Gomez including charges domestic battery 1st offense and resisting a public officer was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.

A misdemeanor domestic battery charge against Gene Austin Marr was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the defendant had completed 16 sessions of domestic violence counseling.
