Nathan Edward Bennett-Gelskey pleaded no contest to an amended misdemeanor charge of possession of a drug not to be introduced into interstate commerce.
He was sentenced to 60 days jail with credit for three days time served, the remaining 57 days suspended for one year on the condition he pay a fine of $500 + $140 administrative assessment fee. He is to complete 120 hours of community service at a minimum of 10 hours per month and finish his high school education.

Chance Ty Crutcher pleaded no contest to an amended misdemeanor charge of possession of a drug not to be introduced into interstate commerce. He was sentenced to 60 days jail.
June 1
Duke Abraham Hoffman pleaded guilty to six counts of possession of a controlled substance not to be introduced into interstate commerce and one count of driving in excess of posted speed zone. He was ordered to pay $1000 + $140 administrative assessment for each of the six possession charges and $300 + $115 administrative assessment for the speeding charge.
A separate felony charge of transporting a controlled substance against Duke Abram Hoffman was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office, pursuant to negotiations.
Katy Janelle Gale pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed jail time on the condition she serve two days and was given credit for two days time served.
She was ordered to pay a fine of $400 + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee.
Fines and fees converted to seven days jail and credit for seven days time served. She was ordered to complete DUI school and a victim impact panel. She was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.
Other charges of receiving, possessing or withholding stolen property (3 counts) and driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
June 4
A felony charge of driving under the influence with two or more prior convictions within the last seven years against Jeffrey Augustus Acree was discharged without sufficient evidence to be bound to district court.
