The Nathan Green “To Fast to Handle” basketball camp will be held June 11-14 at the Boys and Girls Club of Winnemucca.
The camp this year will be run by Nathan Green, a Lowry High School Hall of Fame player and 2002 state champion.
Green brings a wealth of knowledge, playing for Lane and Feather River College. Enriched drills and enthusiasm are designed to help young players increase their basketball fundamentals and overall knowledge of the game.
But most importantly, campers will learn how to enjoy the game of basketball within the Lowry tradition.
Incoming third and fourth-grade boys and girls will go from 9 a.m. — 11 a.m. at a cost of $50. Incoming fifth and sixth grade boys and girls will go from noon to 2 p.m. at $60, while incoming seventh through ninth-grade boys and girls will go from 2:30 p.m. — 5 p.m. with a cost of $60.
Checks are payable to Nathan Green. Participants can drop off registration form at Boys & Girls Club of Winnemucca or mail to 1973 Whitworth Way, Winnemucca, NV., 89445.
