Having satisfied the requirements of deferred prosecution, an assault charge against Paul Thomas Hommes was dismissed with prejudice on a motion by the DA’s office as part of the plea agreement.

Jay Grant Williams was found guilty of basic speed 11-15 mover the speed limit and driving without a valid license. The court ordered the defendant to pay a fine of $110 + $95 administrative assessment for speeding and $100 + $95 administrative assessment for driving without a valid license. He was ordered to complete five hours of community service or pay $50 per month.
Patricia Cook pleaded guilty to injury to other property. She was ordered to pay a fine of $1000 + $140 administrative assessment with $1000 suspended on the condition that she pay restitution in the amount of $573.75 and have no like violations.
Amanda Rose Davidson pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of battery. She was fined $1000 + $140 administrative assessment, the court suspended $500 on the condition that she complete anger management classes. The court will take off the cost of the classes from court fines. She is to have no further like violations.

Dustin John Lizer pleaded guilty of a charge for tail lamps. He was fined $25 + $50 administrative assessment fee. A charge of driving while license is cancelled/suspended/revoked was dropped on a motion by the DA’s office as part of the plea agreement.
A separate charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license against Dustin John Lizer was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office.
Christofer James Noble pleaded guilty to 2 felony counts of possession or sale of document or personal identifying information to establish false status or identity. He was fined $1000 + $140 administrative assessment. He was given credit for 1 day time served.
Juan Manuel Estrada pleaded guilty to driving under the influence 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of 2 years, stayed jail time on the condition he serve 2 days by August 27, 2018.
He can complete 48 hours of community service or 96 hours of house arrest as an alternative to jail time. He was ordered to pay a fine of $400 + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. He was ordered to complete DUI school and victim impact panel.

Elizabeth Mattock pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving in excess of posted speed and driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $150 + $95 administrative assessment for driving in excess of posted speed and fined $100 + $95 administrative assessment fee for driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license . She was given credit for 4 days time served and her license suspension was lifted.
Angel Hernandez Jr. pleaded no contest to an amended charge of unlawful trespass upon land and injury or destruction of property.For unlawful trespass, he was fined $100 + $95 administrative assessment. For injury or destruction of property he was fined $500 + $140. He was given credit for 8 days time served.
Kirby Austin Paradise pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked for DUI.
