Lance Allan Hurley pleaded guilty to DUI, first. Sentence: Fine $800.00. DUI School. Victim Impact Panel. 72 hours of community service. Serve 180 days in jail, with credit being given for two days time served. The balance of 175 days is suspended for 12 months under the condition that the defendant complies with sentencing requirements and has no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. Hurley also pleaded guilty to basic speed resulting in a fine of $375. The additional charges of fail to properly maintain travel lane and driving without a valid drivers license were dismissed by the D.A.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentence: $195.00. 15 hours of community service. ACCI petit larceny class. Serve 37 days in jail with credit being given for 27 days time served. Balance of 10 days is suspended for 6 months under the conditions that the defendant complies with sentencing requirements and that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
