Good friends Ron Bankofier and Jon DeChambeau were back together again this past weekend at the Blacksmith tournament at Winnemucca Golf Course. The two played high school golf together, winning a state championship for Lowry High School. After years without seeing each other, an illness to DeChambeau brought the two back together. Bankofier donated a kidney to DeChambeau, saving his life. The two have remained close ever since. You can see the story on golfchannel.com.
