Charges against Kenneth Pat Sevy for petit larceny were dismissed on a motion by the Humboldt County DA’s Ofice.
Dennis Jorden John Masten pleaded guilty to possession of a drug which my not be introduced into interstate commerce. In return for his guilty plea, the Humboldt County DA’s Office agreed to drop an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Masten was fined $1,000 + $140AA and was given credit for 12 days already served in jail against the fine amount.
