The Battle Mountain High School boys and girls basketball teams concluded their season this past weekend at the NIAA State Championships in Sparks and Reno. The Lady Longhorns lost to Lincoln County on Friday. The Battle Mountain boys beat Needles, Calif., 68-67 in double overtime in the semifinals. The Longhorns lost to Democracy Prep in the title game.
