The Humboldt County DA’s office made a motion to dismiss a case against Kyle Dana Missouri. She had been charged with operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is cancelled, suspended or revoked. The court granted the motion and the case was dismissed.
Jessica Marie Frost pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and destruction of property. She was sentenced to 180 days with 90 days suspended. She was given credit of 16 days already served toward her remaining sentence of 90 days. Once released, she was ordered into drug counseling.
In a separate case against Jessica Marie Frost, the Humboldt County DA’s Office made a motion to dismiss felony charges of burglary and possession of a controlled substance. The court granted the motion and the case was dismissed.
Larson Elden McKee pleaded guilty to DUI-1 pursuant to a plea agreement with the Humboldt County DA’s Office. In the plea agreement, the DA’s office agreed to amend the original charge of DUI-2 to a DUI-1 charge and move for dismissal of additional charges of driving with a driver’s license that was suspended, revoked or cancelled, no proof of insurance and unregistered vehicle.
