Thomas Alan Garris Jr., was found guilty at trial for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense.
The court sentenced as follows: Fined $800; Victim Impact Panel; DUI School; Level I Outpatient treatment program; Serve 120 days in jail with credit being given for 34 days time served. The balance of 86 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses; no alcohol.
