On Jan. 10, HCSO arrested Kami Lynn Day, age 32, on an outstanding felony warrant. No bail hold.

On Jan. 17, WPD arrested Luke Loren Rudolph, age 22, on misdemeanor charges of being intoxicated in public. Bail $355.

On Jan. 18, WPD arrested Armando Acevedo Jr. age 25, on misdemeanor charges of driving without a valid driver’s license, having suspended plates and no proof of insurance. Bail $1,290.

On Jan. 23, WPD arrested Gary Henry, age 71, on misdemeanor trespass charges. Bail $195.

On Jan. 24, WPD cited a juvenile at Lowry High School for misdemeanor battery after an alleged attack on another student. Bail not applicable.

On Jan. 24, WPD cited a juvenile at Winnemucca Junior High School for misdemeanor battery after the student allegedly injured another student by pushing him down.  Bail not applicable.

On Jan. 24, WPD cited a juvenile at Winnemucca Junior High School on a misdemeanor charge of making threats to another student. Bail not applicable.

On Jan 25, WPD arrested Nicholas Spencer, age 38, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. No Bail hold.

On Jan 29, WPD cited and relseased Robert Davis, age 31, on misdemeanor charges of driving with license suspended. 

On Jan. 30, WPD arrested Jimmy Guerrero, age 32, on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. Bail $355.

On Jan. 31, WPD arrested Jessica Frost, age 21, on felony charges of burglary, possession of meth-amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail $25,640.

On Jan. 31, WPD arrested Cullen Hume, age 19, on felony burglary charges. Bail $20,000.

On Jan. 31, NHP arrested Timothy Russell Clyde, age 54, on misdemeanor charges of DUI-1 and failure to stop or yield at a stop sign. Bail not listed.

On Feb 1, WPD arrested Carlos Torres, age 27, on felony and misdemeanor charges involving grand larceny of a vehicle.  Bail $10,000.

On Feb. 1, WPD arrested Jordan Ouimet, age 25, on felony charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm. Bail $20,000.

On Feb. 3, WPD arrested Charles Jackson, age 47, on felony and gross misdemeanor charges of aiming a firearm at another and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail $45,000.

On Feb. 3, NHP arrested Paul Edward Mendieta, age 64, on misdemeanor charges of DUI-1, driving on the right half of the road required, failure to signal and expired registration. Bail $1,417.

On Feb. 4, WPD arrested Crystal Lynn Johnson, age 36, after a welfare check found she was a fugitive from the state of Missouri for parole violation. She is also charged with possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription.  No bail allowed.

On Feb. 4, NHP arrested Bela Svoboda Jr. age 56, on misdemeanor charges of first-offense DUI, failure to use a turn signal and failure to yield from a private drive. Bail $1,425. 

On Feb. 6, NHP arrested Jonathan Raymond Esquivel, age 20, on charges of speeding 21-30 miles per hour over the limit, DUI-drugs, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. A records check showed Esquivel was on probation out of Idaho for drug related charges.  Bail $6,495.
