Gary Wayne Henry pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of trespass. He was fined $100 + $95 AA and given credit for time already served. He was ordered not to enter Jack in the Box.

Jack Leroy Huskey / AKA Howell pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property. He was fined $1,000 + $140 and given full credit toward the fines for time already served in jail.
Prosecution against Christian Alcaraz on misdemeanor domestic battery charges was deferred for 12 months. Conditions for the deferment include completing an evaluation with a licensed counselor with a minimum of 12 sessions of anger management counseling. No alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician. No further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.
Robert Edward Ross pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving without a valid license. He was originally charged with driving after his license was suspended or revoked. He was fined $100 + $95 AA. The fines were suspended for 6 months on condition the defendant have no like violations.
Shane Curtis Jappert pleaded guilty to charges of hit and run, driving on a license that had been suspended or revoked and failure to immediately report a traffic accident. He was ordered to pay $250 in restitution to the victim. He was fined $500 + $140 AA for failing to report the accident, $1,000 + $140 AA for hit and run and $250 + $105AA for driving while his license was suspended/revoked. Fines totaled $2,135. The court suspended $1,000 for 6 months on condition he has no like violations and pays his restitution.
Feb. 1
Jeramiah Jon Turner pleaded guilty to domestic battery. He was fined $200 + $105AA + $35 special assessment fee. Defendant was given $350 credit toward the fines for 3.5 days already served in jail. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for 2 years. Defendant was to serve 2 days and was given credit for 2 days already served. The judge ordered 48 hours of community service and the defendant was given credit for another 2 days already served. 26 sessions of batterers intervention counseling were ordered with monthly reports to the court. Defendant was ordered to pay a $250 public defender fee. Ordered to have no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. Defendant was also admonished that possession, shipment, transportation or receipt of firearms or ammunition may constitute a felony. The order to surrender all firearms was completed.

Dustin Treffner pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. In return, an additional charge of provoking an assault was dismissed. He was fined $250 + $105 AA and given $50 credit toward the fine for 8 hours jail time already served.
