Kyle James Tarr pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count 1: fail to yield at a controlled intersection and count 2: open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
On count one the court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment (AA). On count two the court ordered a $100 fine + $95 AA. The court ordered the penalty for count one to run concurrent to count two.
At a bench trial, Charles Lee Mobley was found not guilty on misdemeanor charges of NV resident failure to obtain NV vehicle registration and NV resident without driver’s license within 30 days.
At a bench trial, Jagdev Singh Sidhu was found guilty of a misdemeanor fail to yield to an emergency vehicle. The court ordered a $50 fine + $65 AA.

Judy Mae Dugan pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of battery. The court ordered a $1000 fine + $140 AA with credit for six days time served, leaving a balance of $540.
The court suspended the remaining balance for six months on the condition that the defendant doesn’t have any like violations.

A misdemeanor charge of battery against Lenora Lyon Madrid was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Dec. 17
Jennifer Brennen Heckman pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful tresspass. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 AA.
