Nov. 27

Nicholas Holcomb pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor petit larceny charge. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative fee + $250 restitution with credit for time served of two days. The court suspended the balance of fines and fees on the condition he pays $250 in restitution. 





Nicholas Holcomb pleaded no contest to count one: misdemeanor charges of defrauding proprietor of hotel, inn, restaurant, motel or similar establishment and count two: convicted person failure to register. 

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment for count one and a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment for count two. He was given credit of 18 days time served and ordered to pay restitution owed in the amount of $19.84. 





A misdemeanor charge of duty upon damaging an unattended vehicle or other property against William Theodore Kritikos III was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. 





Nov. 29

Multiple charges against Hector Carrillo were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. Charges included No headlights, resisting a public officer, operating a vehicle while license is canceled/suspended/revoked, operating a vehicle while registration is fictitious, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft. 

A misdemeanor charge of driving with a revoked license during revocation was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the charge was not during the revocation period. 





Hector Carrillo pleaded guilty to driving while license is canceled/suspended/revoked DUI related. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment fee. The defendant was ordered to 30 days jail with credit for 28 days. Other charges of current registration required and tail lamps required were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 





Hector Carrillo pleaded no contest to domestic battery. The court ordered a $200 fine + $105 administrative assessment fee + $35 special assessment fee with credit for three days time served. 

He was ordered to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years with credit for time served. He was ordered to 48 hours community service with credit for time served and 26 sessions batterers intervention counseling. 

He was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. 

He was admonished that pursuant to NRS 176.337, possession, shipment, transportation or receipt of a firearm or ammunition may constitute a felony. The order to surrender firearms was reviewed and signed by the defendant. 





Samantha Marie Graham pleaded no contest to a charge of battery, amended from domestic battery first offense. The court ordered five days in jail with credit for time served of five days. 





Dec. 4

A misdemeanor charge of a dangerous or vicious dog at large against Sandra Martinez Rose was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.





A misdemeanor charge of obedience to traffic control device against Gustavo Munoz was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. 





Misdemeanor charges of unlawful disposal of solid waste or sewage and residing on a property without a permitted domestic water well against James Mcnerney were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the defendant no longer resides where the violation took place.
