Items in the Court Dispositions are compiled from public records submitted by the Lake Township Justice Court. The Lovelock Review-Miner reports all felony hearings, misdemeanor convictions and dismissals for which the court releases information. When requested by the individual, the Miner will post the person’s mug shot with their court disposition.

Scott Charles Buchanan pleaded guilty to driving while drivers license is canceled, suspended, or revoked. Sentence: Fine $1,140.00. All but $200.00 of total fine is suspended for 6 months under the condition that the defendant has no similar violations.

Jason Ely Wardoff pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentence: Fine $195.00. Restitution $6.35. 15 hours of community service. Serve 15 days, credit for 2 days time served. Balance of 13 days is suspended for 6 months under the conditions that the defendant abstains from the consumption of alcohol, has no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses, and complies with sentencing requirements.
Susan Marie Glenn pleaded guilty to battery. Sentence: Fine $640.00. Serve 30 days in jail. Said jail time is suspended for 12 months under the conditions that the defendant has no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and that the defendant complies with sentencing requirements.
