Charles Stuart Beach failed to appear for a bench trial for a misdemeanor basic speed charge. Bail in the amount of $195 forfeited.
Charges of dog at large and dangerous vicious dog against Felicia Lynn Richardson were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations and restitution paid in full.

In a 2016 case against Cameron Warren Palmer. Palmer signed a civil judgment in the amount of $2,760 to Big R, the defendant’s license will be suspended until court fines are paid in full.
In 2016, Palmer was originally charged with misdemeanor charges of count 1 – reckless driving, count 2 –inhalation of chemicals, count 3 –possession of drug paraphernalia and count 4 – no proof of insurance for which he was fined as follows: count 1 – $450 + $140 (administrative assessment) AA, count 2 – $500 + $140 AA, count 3 – $500 + $140 AA with count 4 to be dismissed on the condition that the defendant pay restitution and fees.
Manuel Alberto Pinon pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of drawing a weapon in a threatening manner, amended from an original felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon. He was ordered to complete an alcohol evaluation and 10 days in the Humboldt County jail with credit for time served of 7 days, with time suspended on the condition he complete an alcohol evaluation and follow the recommendations of the counselor.
Ramon Rivera Jr. pleaded no contest to amended misdemeanor charges of driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked and a misdemeanor charge of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from a felony possession of a controlled substance charge. For driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked he was sentenced to 120 days jail with credit for 21 days served.
For drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, he was sentenced to 10 days jail to run concurrent with the first charge. A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance against Ramon Rivera Jr. was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A felony burglary charge against Anthony Michael McCullough was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
In a bench trial for a charge against Devin Joshua Ross-Gobrick of misdemeanor domestic battery, the court found the defendant to be not guilty by evidence and testimony presented.

Manuel Rojas-Carbajal pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license, driving in excess of posted speed zone 21-30 over limit and open container. For driving without a valid license he was fined $100 + $95. For driving in excess of posted speed he was fined $210 + $105 AA. For open container he was fined $100 + 95 AA. He was given credit for two days jail time served. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.
Ana Lilia Bernal pleaded no contest to dog at large and permit dog to chase/worry/injure or kill animal. For dog at large she was fined $10 + $50 AA. For permitting dog to chase/worry/injure or kill animal she was fined $250 + $105 AA. The court suspended $260 on the condition the defendant pay $155 to the court and pay $200 restitution to the Humboldt County Treasurer’s Office.
A misdemeanor battery charge against Devin Joshua Ross-Gobrick was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations as full restitution has been paid in the case.
