The Battle Mountain High School volleyball team started out its year in style by winning the White Pine tournament this past weekend in Ely. The team includes Addi Slaybaugh, Alma Chavira, Brooke Ripley, Carlee Peterson, Drue Domagala, Isabel Diaz, Isabella DeAllah, Julia Ramirez, Kira Smith, Kynndra Penson, Lolly Argueta, Sarahi Jimenez and Uliana Willingham. Battle Mountain makes its home debut this weekend when it hosts the Longhorn Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
