Kevin George Lindner pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce.
For the possession of drug paraphernalia charge he was sentenced to 30 days jail with credit for 19 days time served leaving a balance of 11 days.
For count two, possession of drug which may be introduced into interstate commerce he was sentenced to 30 days in jail. A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
August 20
Katie Morfin pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of battery. She was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 + $140 administrative assessment fee. She was given credit for time served of 12 hours. The court suspended $500 for a period of 6 months on the condition she have no like violations.
August 21
Gregg Alan Shelley Jr. pleaded no contest to a charge of unlawful trespass upon land, amended from a felony burglary charge. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, jail time suspended on the conditions the defendant pay restitution in the amount of $686. He was given 30 days to pay the fine in full. He is to have no further violations of the law.
A misdemeanor charge of battery against Louie Von Aspern AKA Louis Von Aspern was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
