Tanya Denise Quilici pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. She was originally charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 120 days in jail with credit for 18 days served.



Randy Patrick Osterkamp pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. He was originally charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail with credit for 18 days served.



Santos Eduardo Mayorga entered a no contest plea to an amended misdemeanor criminal charge of drawing a weapon in a threatening manner. His original charge was a felony, carrying a concealed weapon without a license. He was sentenced to 120 days house arrest and assessed a fee of $250 for court appointed counsel.

April 6

Benjamin Clarence Britton pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge. He was fined $1000 + $140 AA fee. The defendant has served 12 days in jail, he was given credit for time served.

April 10

Robert Eugene Wadleigh pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor charge of injuring or tampering with vehicle, amended from a felony burglary charge. He was sentenced to 23 days in jail with credit for 23 days time served.

April 11

Daniel Levi Hall pleaded guilty at a bench trial for violation of a temporary or extended restraining order. He was given 3 days credit for time served in jail.

April 12

Charges against Paul Dean Key of misdemeanor domestic battery 1st offense were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.



Charges against Sean J. Dodson of felony possession of a controlled substance were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.



Asucena Lopez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition she serve two days. She was given credit for 12 hours, leaving a period of 36 hours and can choose to do community service as an alternative to jail time. She is to pay a fine of $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 DUI fee. The fine was converted to 69 hours community service. Victim impact panel was waived. She was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. A charge of tail lamps required was dismissed.

April 13

Melody Anne Matheny pleaded guilty to two counts of operating an unregistered vehicle. She was fined $100 + $95 AA + $100 warrant fee + $100 late fee for the first count and $100 + $95 AA + $100 late fee for the second count. She was given credit for 3 days jail time served and given the option to complete 5 hours community service every month in lieu of remaining fines.



Denice Dawn McKee pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance. She was fined $600 + $140 AA + $100 warrant fee + $100 late fee. She was given credit for 3 days jail time served.



A case against Levi Mathew James Alger of a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.



A case against Phillip A. Gabiola of a misdemeanor non-support of child by parent was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.



Linda Kathryn Sweet pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year. She was given credit for 12 hours, leaving a balance of 36 hours. The defendant can complete 36 hours of community service in lieu of remaining jail time. She was ordered to pay a fine of $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. She was ordered to complete DUI school and victim impact panel. She was also ordered no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. Other charges of driving on right half of highway required and driver’s duty of due care-vehicles, bicycles, electric bicycles and pedestrians were dropped as part of the plea agreement.



Naomi Lee Tom pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year. She is to pay a fine of $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. She was given credit for four days time served and remaining balance converted to 29 hours of community service. She is to complete DUI school, victim impact panel waived. The defendant was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. As part of the plea agreement, other charges of duty to stop at the scene of a crash, fail to report unattended property damage and failure to yield were dismissed.
