Matthew Dylan Koehler pleaded guilty to petit larceny. The plea resulted in an order to pay restitution and a sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for eight days time served. The balance of 22 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of law other than minor traffic offenses, no alcohol/controlled substances other than doctor prescribed medication and no similar offenses. Additional charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and unlawful use of controlled substance were dismissed by the D.A. office.
Scott Daniel Blout pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, order to Victim Impact Panel, DUI school and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for four days time served. The balance of 26 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
