Kevin John Dugas, 30, of Dallas, Texas was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (4-14 grams) and unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV. 

Scott Daniel Blout, 27, of San Diego, Calif. was arrested for driving under the influence first offense. 

Katherine N. Perkins, 23, of Davis, Calif. was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (4-14 grams) and unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV. 

Devi Patrick O’Keane, 40, of Oakland, Calif. was arrested for unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV and resist/obstruct public officer.

Vito N. Schnabel, 31, of New York, N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession – not for sale I, II and IV.

Seiji Saruwateri, 40, of Kawasakishi, Japan was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (over 28 grams) and unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV. 

Peter Sarkes Solomon, 31, of San Diego, Calif. was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (over 28 grams) and trafficking controlled substance schedule I (4-14 grams). 

Yamil Padilla Atiles, 40, of Fort Defiance, Ariz. was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (4-14 grams) and unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV.

Tosh Oliver-Nelson, 27, of Reno, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance – for sale schedule I or II. 

Alexander Rouleau, 28, of Revelstoke, British Colombia, was arrested for unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV, unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia, battery on public official – no substantial harm and obstruct public officer.

Martin Paul Huston, 32, of Froxrock, Ireland was arrested for possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV.

Seiji Tsukamoto, 37, of Tokyo, Japan was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (over 28 grams) and unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV. 

Miguel Angel Reed, 39, of Reno was arrested for domestic battery first offense.

Dina M. Smirnova, 28, of San Diego, Calif. was arrested for unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV.

Tomohiro Yasui, 33, of Nagoya, Japan was arrested for trafficking controlled substance schedule I (over 28 grams) and unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV. 

Nathan Taylor, 31, of Ukiah, Calif. was arrested for sexual assault.

Thomas P. Wigzell, 28, of Vancouver, Calif. was arrested for possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV.

Francisco Grisolia, 27, of San Francisco, Calif. was arrested for unlawful possession – not for sale schedule I, II and IV, trafficking controlled substance schedule I (over 28 grams), unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drug without prescription.

Kyle James Harvey, 27, of Lovelock was arrested for criminal contempt/ violate court order.
