The McDermitt High School volleyball team swept a pair of matches from Jackpot this past Friday in Jackpot.
With the victories, the Lady Bulldogs improved to 5-4 in the Eastern 1A and clinched a spot in the Northern 1A Regional Championships at Wooster High School in Reno on Nov. 3-4.
McDermitt will earn either the No. 3 or No. 4 seed from the Eastern 1A.
McDermitt plays its final regular season match of the year on Thursday against Owyhee at 4 p.m. in McDermitt. Owyhee leads the league.
