Ivan CT Williams pleaded guilty to domestic battery second offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $675, 100 hours of community service, 12 months of domestic violence counseling and a sentence to serve 60 days in jail with credit being given for 10 days time served. The balance of 50 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Oct. 3
Ross Arden Gorsline pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, order to Victim Impact Panel, DUI School and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for 11 hours time served. Defendant is to complete 37 hours of community service, the balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of basic speed was dismissed by the D.A.
Joshua Adam Knorr pleaded nolo-contendere for resisting a public officer. The plea resulted in a fine of $355 and a sentence to serve one day in jail.
Oct. 5
Liam Klare Barker pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of controlled substance first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $900, order to Victim Impact Panel and DUI school and a sentence to serve 120 days in jail with credit given for 12 hours time served. Defendant to serve 36 hours and the balance of 118 days are suspended for up to two years under the conditions that the defendant obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations, attend 12 step meetings and no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of unlawful use of controlled substance and abuse, neglect or endangerment of child — two counts were dismissed by the D.A.
Ashley Patricia Bradbury pleaded guilty to battery, a charge amended by the D.A. from domestic battery. The plea resulted in a sentence to serve 90 days in jail, said jail time was suspended for 12 months under the conditions that the defendant violate no laws other than minor traffic offenses, attend and complete six months of domestic violence counseling, no alcohol/controlled substances other than doctor prescribed medication and abstain from entering a drinking establishment where alcohol is the primary source of revenue.
