Juan Manuel Lopez-Leyva pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to Victim Impact Panel, DUI School, attend and complete a level I outpatient treatment program and breath interlock device. Lopez-Leyva was also sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Cristal Flores Paredes pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense.
