Humboldt County Sheriff's Report



On May 22, HCSO arrested Dylan Eugene Jermone, age 21, on a warrant out of Elko County charging failure to appear to face felony charges. Bail $50,000.



On May 23, HCSO arrested Bailee Gabriella Swanson, age 40, on a drug court violation after she failed to show up for her drug/alcohol testing. No bail.



On May 13, HCSO arrested Connie Elaine Greenlee, age 40, on misdemeanor charges of DUI-1, failure to maintain travel lane, no seat belt and no front license plate. Bail $1,405.



On May 13, HCSO arrested Cesar James Dominic Hartman, age 27, on misdemeanor charges for failure to appear. Bail $1,340.



On May 16, HCSO arrested Russell Nardo, age 44, on misdemeanor charges of failure to appear. He is on a no-bail hold.



On May 17, HCSO arrested Bobby Lee Marley, age 25, on a gross misdemeanor warrant. Bail is $1,500 cash only.



On May 17, HCSO arrested Jerry Wayne Green, age 25, for driving without lights on his trailer. He was additionally charged with misdemeanor driving with a license which had been suspended for failing to appear in court. Bail $355.



On May 18, HCSO arrested William Colton Elkins, age 18, on misdemeanor charges of failure to appear on a traffic citation. Bail $1,135.

On May 18, HCSO arrested two runaway juveniles who were located after police found a stolen vehicle in McDermitt. Stolen property was also within the vehicle. The juveniles were charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property and misdemeanor runaway. Bail is not applicable.



On May 19, HCSO arrested Anthony Linn, age 30 on misdemeanor charges of DUI 2 and speeding. Bail $1,690.



On May 20, HCSO arrested Jaime Kenney, age 33, on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery, first offense. Bail $3,000.



On May 20, HCSO arrested Benjamin Petras, age 33 on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery, first offense. Bail $3,000.
