Charges against Zachary Marshal Herzog of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Charges against Jaimee Lyn Breadenthal of misdemeanor domestic battery first offense were dismissed after the defendant completed conditions of a deferred prosecution.
Crystal Marie Madry pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor petit larceny. Her original charge was felony burglary. She was sentenced to 80 days in jail with credit for 20 days already served. The remaining 60 days were suspended on condition the defendant have no further violations of the law and have no alcohol or controlled substances or medications containing them, unless prescribed by a physician.

Lon Edward Moyer pleaded no contest to violation of a temporary or extended restraining order. The defendant was sentenced to time in jail already served, as he has been in jail since April 29.
