Lunches are served each weekday at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. Lunches are open to the public. Suggested minimum donation is $3 for seniors 60 years and older; $6 charge for persons under 60 years of age. The following is the menu for May 22 – May 26:
Monday:
Herb baked chicken, stuffing and gravy, peas with onions, peaches, oatmeal cookie
Tuesday:
Beef brisket, baked potato, Malibu veggies, pears, Death by Chocolate cake
Wednesday:
BBQ pork ribs, Company potatoes, asparagus, applesauce, Dump cake
Thursday:
Lasagna, garlic toast, salad bar, Mandarin oranges, Jell-O
Friday:
Brunch serving @ 10:30 a.m.: Biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, V8 juice
