On April 29, NHP made a traffic stop on Lon Edward Moyer Jr., age 36, after the car in which he was riding allegedly turned without using a signal. A records check turned up a temporary protective order on Moyer Jr. The woman driving the vehicle was the protected party in the temporary protective order. Moyer Jr. was arrested for violating the temporary protective order. Bail set at $3,000.
On April 30, NHP arrested Brenda Faye Bailey, age 49, on charges of DUI-1, failure to maintain lane and driving on a suspended/revoked license. She was booked into the detention center with bail set at $1,610.
On May 1, NHP HCSO arrested Raul Macias-Murillo, age 45, on charges of speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a valid drivers’ license. Bail $585.
On May 1, NHP stopped Joshua Frank Seidel, age 27, on charges of speeding 11-20 miles per hour over the limit – a subsequent records check turned up a felony warrant for sexual assault out of California. He was booked into the Humboldt County Detention Center with bail set at $73,305.
