Nelson Wade Bonta pleaded no contest to injury to property and was fined $305, ordered to pay restitution and serve four days in jail with credit given for four days time served.
April 26
Ewan Kristofer Drayer pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of controlled substance, first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to DUI School and Victim Impact Panel and a sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for four days time served. The balance of 26 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of failure to maintain travel lane was dismissed by the D.A.
