(10/11/52 – 02/23/17)
A heart that would love you to the fullest, but her mouth would tell you off in that same heartbeat. Her smile could warm up your day and make you feel special. She always had extra kids running around, that became just like her family, “her kids”.
You could always find her in the 4-H Barns, helping kids at fair, leading 4-H for 15 years, the rodeos watching her grandkids, and even at sporting events supporting her kids and grandkids.
She loved her Border Collie dogs, that she bred, raised, and trained. Her heart was really into her colts that she raised, and teaching us kids love for horses.
She grew up in Orovada, NV., on her family’s ranch, River Ranch with her only sister, Dorothy McErquiaga Zimmerman. Her mom, Grace McNinch McErquiaga, still runs it today, with the help of her 7 grandkids and 17 great grandkids.
Mom went to elementary school in Orovada, NV. and then graduated high school from Lowry High School in Winnemucca, NV.
She married our dad, Allan Donato Albisu from McDermitt, NV., who was killed in a tragic car accident on Sept. 26, 1976. Leaving her with 3 babies from the age of 2 months to 3 yrs. old. Mom moved to Lakeview, Oregon to start over.
Years later she met and married Mike Webster, whom she was married to for 36 years this past Valentine’s Day.
She enjoyed being a Farm Insurance Agent and traveling all over Lake County. Most important to her was raising her kids, loving and spoiling her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Webster (Lakeview, OR), daughters Sonya Albisu Mathews (Lakeview, OR), Rhonda Albisu Robertson (Reno, NV), and her son Aaron Albisu (Spring Creek, NV). Her mother, Grace McNinch McErquiaga (Orovada, NV), her sister, Dorothy McErquiaga Zimmerman (Winnemucca, NV). Her 8 grandchildren, Jaren Robertson, Madison Mathews, Cody Mathews, Colt Robertson, Dekklan Albisu, Dalton Robertson, Landon Albisu, Gaby Robertson, and only Great Grandbaby, Adilynn (Squish) Mathews.
She is proceeded in death by her dad, John McErquiaga, and husband Allan Albisu.
Thank you all who loved her, prayed for her, friended her, and helped her. Her prayers were out in the field, in the barn, or with her animals.
She is beautiful and we miss her so much. We will see you later mom with that big, beautiful smile, and even bigger heart. You loved so much and so hard that your heart couldn’t take it anymore. We love and miss you more than you will ever know.
Memorial Service June 17th, Orovada NV., at the Hall, at 1:00 p.m., with a potluck and BBQ..
