Peter Anthony Privitera pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $1,140 and sentenced to serve three days in jail with credit given for three days time already served.
March 21
Wyatt Wango Warn pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of controlled substance first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to Victim Impact Panel, DUI school and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail. The defendant is to complete five days of home confinement in lieu of two days in jail and the remaining balance of 28 days in jail are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charges of possession of a controlled substance — marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and basic speed were dismissed by the D.A.

The charges against Jefferey Dale Crafts for battery by a prison were dismissed by the D.A.
