Tong Lou Her pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of controlled substance and was fined $685, ordered to DUI School, Victim Impact Panel and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for 12 hours time served. The defendant is to serve 36 hours with 28 days suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of law other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of basic speed was dismissed by the D.A.
