Corey Jonathan Light pleaded guilty to criminal contempt. The plea resulted ina fine of $355, an order to 6 months of family counseling and a sentence to serve 10 days in jail with credit given for two days time served. The balance of 8 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Feb. 23
Cody Blu Davis pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to Victim Impact Panel and DUI School and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for 30 days time served. The additional charges of aggressive driving, driving without a valid license and driving with open container were dismissed by the D.A.
