William Cody Fitzgerald pleaded guilty to first-offense domestic battery He was fined $200 + $105 AA + $35 special assessment fee.

Fitzgerald was also sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for two years, 48 hours of community service are to be completed by August 13.

The judge required him to attend 26 sessions of batterers intervention counseling, but apparently the counselor is no longer available so the issue of counseling will be revisited.

He was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. Defendant was also advised that pursuant to his domestic violence conviction, possession, shipment, transportation or receiving a firearm or ammunition may constitute a felony.

June 13

A citation against Gary Horky for use of a cell phone while driving was dismissed.

Tristan David Gillam pleaded guilty to DUI-1. In return, the DA’s office agreed to recommend that the judge dismiss additional charges of minor in consumption of alcohol and failure to drive within marked lanes.

The defendant was ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation. Gillam was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for two years on condition he serve 2 days and pay a fine of $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee and $100 special DUI fee. DUI School and Victim Impact Panel were ordered.

Rajabali Namazov pleaded guilty to rural speeding. He was fined $115.

June 15

Lance Jablonski pleaded guilty to misdemeanor obstructing and delaying.

He was originally charged with felony unlawful use of personal information to avoid prosecution but the charge was reduced to obstructing and delaying as the result of a plea agreement.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 18 days already served.

June 16

Maria Moncerat Mayorga pleaded no contest to DUI charges. In exchange for her plea, the DA’s office dropped additional charges of driving with a revoked, canceled or suspended license, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mayorga was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for one year on condition she serve two days.

She was given credit for one day already served. She was fined $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. She was ordered to complete DUI School and Victim Impact Panel.
