Lunches are served each weekday at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. Lunches are open to the public. Suggested minimum donation is $3 for seniors 60 years and older; $8 charge for persons under 60 years of age. The following is the menu for June 26 – June 30:
Monday:
Chicken cacciatore over fettuccini, garlic toast, salad bar, mandarin oranges, pudding
Tuesday:
Beef brisket, baked potato, Capri veggies, mixed fruit, Texas sheet cake
Wednesday:
Pulled pork sandwich, raw relish, tater tots, pears, fruit cocktail cake
Thursday:
Meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, chuck wagon corn, peaches, Jell-O
Friday:
Baked cod Cajun style, rice pilaf, peas with carrots, pineapple
