Before Mother Nature struck with a reminder of winter weather late in the weekend, the Winnemucca Regional Raceway was busy again this past Saturday with action featuring different classes of racing. IMCA Sport Modified, IMCA Modified, Mini Modified, Pro Stock, Pure Stock, Dwarf Car and Outlaw Kart all took to the track on Jungo Road.
The season just passed the halfway point, with five races left on the schedule. The next scheduled race is set for Sunday June 25. The remaining races will be held July 1, July 21, Aug. 18 and Sept. 15.
