Lander County Commission to meet at 9 a.m. on June 8

Agenda:

(1) Discussion for possible action to approve/disapprove the passage of Ordinance 2017-01 amending Section 2.08.010(B) of the Lander County Code to change the job description of the Lander County Fiscal Officer from being directly responsible to and supervised by the Lander County Board of Commissioners to being directly responsible to and supervised by the Executive Director.

(2) Discussion for possible action to approve/disapprove the passage of Ordinance 2017-02 amending Title 1 to include a new Chapter 02 of the Lander County code creating a regulation of local government meetings in the absence of a specific statute or ordinance to the contrary.

(3) Discussion for possible action to approve/disapprove the passage of Ordinance 2017-03, an ordinance amending section 2.60.020 of the Lander County Code to change the membership of the Lander County Planning Commission from five (5) to seven (7) members and to remove the two alternate commissioners.

(4) Convene the Lander County Liquor Board: Discussion for possible action to approve/disapprove a liquor license for Ripco, LLC, DBA The Nevada.

(5) Discussion for possible action to approve/disapprove the recommendation from the Lander County Insurance Committee to remain with Prominence Health Plan with an increase of 14.4% for an annual premium not to exceed $1,185,061.00.

(6) Discussion for possible action to approve/disapprove a monthly stipend of $100.00 for Lander County employees who have enrolled dependents on Lander County Insurance.
