On July 23, NHP arrested Brendan Cole Lipsett, age 18, on charges of being under the influence on the highway, minor in consumption of alcohol and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Bail $745.
On July 25, NHP arrested Brian Russell Dick, age 53, on misdemeanor charges of driving with a revoked license and broken tail lights. Bail $1,215.
