Patricia Ann Porteous, 53, of Winnemucca gained her wings on June 25, 2017 from a heart attack.
She was born on August 20, 1963 in Emerson, Canada to Virginia Trainer and George Dennis. She grew up in Saint Vincent, Minnesota and Great Falls, Montana.
Patricia graduated from high school and attended college before becoming a fire fighter. She enjoyed baking and the outdoors; going fishing, camping and gardening. Patricia married her husband James (Jim) Porteous on April 7, 1994.
She was preceded in death by her father George Dennis.
Patricia is survived by her spouse James (Jim) Porteous; her mother and step father Virginia and Clifford Trainer; her siblings Thomas Dennis, Diana Mitchell and Susan Brown; her children Nichole (Cody) Rodarte, Joseph Dennis, James Porteous (J.R.), Rachael (Ken) Orrico and Ashley (David) Jones; Her grandchildren Kaleanya Orrico, Connor ones, Kaiden Jones and Sara Orrico.
The celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at a later date.
