Michael Alexander Benna pleaded guilty to trespassing x2 and disorderly conduct x2 and was fined $1,140.





Adrian Cardoso-Martinez pleaded guilty to trespassing x2 and disorderly conduct x2 an was fined $1,140.



Joseph Phillip Carroll pleaded guilty to the amended charge of petit larceny, the original charge was burglary. The plea resulted in an order of restitution of $50 an a fine of $20. Carroll was additionally sentenced to serve 120 days in jail with credit being given for four days time served. Defendant is to serve 30 days and the balance of 86 days are suspended for 12 months under the following conditions: no contact with the victim; no alcohol/controlled substances other than doctor-prescribed medication; subject to random testing and/or upon request from law enforcement and no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.



Jose Jesus Berumen pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense and was fined $685 ordered to Victim Impact Panel, DUI School and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for one day time served. Defendant to serve one day in jail, the balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. Berumen additionally pleaded guilty to failure to maintain travel lane and was fined $115.



Jan. 19

Laurie Dianne Larson pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense and was fined $685, ordered to Victim Impact Panel, DUI School, obtain alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations. Larson was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit being given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of driving while driver’s license suspended was dismissed by the D.A.
