On Jan. 1, Michael Jason Ariola, 35, homeless, was booked for unlawful possession – not for sale – I,II,IV, unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia, possession of stolen vehicle, open container of alcohol in vehicle, speed greater than posted, stop required on signal of peace officer, possession of c/s for sale, and buying or receiving stolen goods $650+.
On Jan. 1, Tami Eva Kendall, 38, of Rupert Idaho, was booked to serve time on a court sentence.
