Charges against Amber Michelle Walter for trafficking a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.
The charge against John Matthew Wagner for domestic battery by strangulation was dismissed pursuant to NRS 174.085.
Charges against Sten Kyle White for possession of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance — marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed by the D.A.
In a trial Robert Danil Sample was found not guilty of driving under the influence of intoxication liquor first offense and failure to maintain travel lane. Sample was found guilty of resisting a public officer. The verdict resulted in a fine of $55, an order to obtain alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendation and to complete 80 hours of community service. A sentence of six months in jail was suspended for two years under the condition of no alcohol or controlled substances, subject to random testing and/or upon request from law enforcement and ordered to complete Victim Impact Panel.
