Vincent Tyler Sears pleaded guilty to duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property and was fined $640. Sears also pleaded guilty to immediate notice to police officer of accident involving unattended vehicle or other property and was ordered to Victim Impact Panel and sentenced to serve 10 days in jail. Said jail time was suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
