Shailynn Kathlene Sample pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of Credit Card. The plea resulted in a court order to pay restitution of $336.89, a fine of $355 and a sentence to serve 60 days in jail. Defendant to serve two days in jail and the balance of 58 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and no similar offenses. The second charge of fraudulent use of credit card was dismissed by the D.A.
