Jaycee was born at 7:50 a.m. January 26, 2017, at Humboldt General Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 4-1/2 ounces and was 22 inches long. He joins one brother at home. Maternal grandparents are Dora and Juan Acevedo of Winnemucca. Paternal grandparents are Guadalupe Casas and Rene Rios Cardona of Guanajuato, Mexico.
