Matthew John Foughty pleaded no contest to defrauding proprietor of hotel. The plea resulted in a fine of $304, order to pay restitution and a sentence to serve 10 days in jail. Said jail time was suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation other than minor traffic offenses.
